Lock and Unlock Objects (For Mac users) in Adobe Illustrator
Cmd + 2 = Lock selected object(s)
Cmd + Opt + Shift + 2 = Lock all deselected objects
Cmd + Opt + 2 = Unlock all

Opt = Alt.
