If there are certain colors you use all the time, you can make a swatch list.
This is especially useful if you move between Illustrator and Photoshop or if designing a logo or other objects for which your colors need to be exact and used repeatedly.
To save the swatch lists, go to the swatch list, click on the menu bar and select “Save Swatch Library as ASE.” Make a note of where you’ve saved the list. You can come back from any new document or from another program and load your swatches just as you would load swatches in the Illustrator swatch
