Create more than one clock on your notification area.
For those who work with people in different time zones, you can display clocks for multiple regions.
Click the clock in the notification area and choose Change Date and Time Settings.
Select the Additional Clocks tab to display up to two other clocks and to set time zones.
You can also do this with Windows Vista
