Remove Scratches and Dust
To get rid of scratches and dust on an image first
Make a duplicate layer.
Then de-select the eyeball on the top layer and select it on the bottom layer.
Click on Filter then Noise and select Dust and Scratches.
Now reselect the eyeball on the first layer
then use the eraser tool to go over the top layer where the scratches etc are.
This will get rid of the “dust” left over on your image.
